RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges will be accepted on the following basis:

• You must advise us within 5 days of receipt of your intention to return an item and the reason. Email your information and details to westlandgreenstone@xtra.co.nz.
• We must receive the item back within 14 days of receipt.
• Returned goods must be unworn, in excellent condition and in the original packaging.
• A copy of the original invoice should be returned with the goods.

Please ensure that any returns are sent using a trackable method as we will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit.

Once we have received and checked your returned goods, we will either exchange the goods or process a refund subject to:

• If you have simply changed your mind, we will refund the price of the goods.
• If the goods are faulty, then we will refund the price plus the return freight.

Refunds will be processed to the original credit card used to buy the goods.
